What is the best bait to use when fishing for shallow, spawning bass in Michigan?
I fish on Manistique Lake, Michigan and am right in the middle of the fish. I know they are spawning right now but I don’t know what baits to use to catch them. I have been using Booyah jigs and Trigger X flappin’ craws but they haven’t been producing. What other methods and baits should I try to catch these spawning bass?
Don’t mess with spawning bass. It’s not cool.
